I would suggest that you consider an Audio Privacy Room (APR) as part of your facility floorplan. This would be a small room, large enough to accomodate 1 or 2 people (6 feet x 8 feet can be enough), with a glass door or side window so that you can see whether the room is occupied. The policy for use of the room is that it can only be used for phone calls or confidential 1:1 conversations. Once that task has been completed, the user should vacate the room. These types of spaces are very high value. Keep them small. Add more as you need them. Consider using modular walls so that you can "snap" additional APRs in as you monitor their utilization.
