It's funny how you can go for ages without knowing something like
Kickstarter existed, and then you hear about it 3 times in less than 24
hours. This was #3: a link to Craig Mod's blog, which has a quite lengthy
essay on how he used Kickstarter to fund the second printing of an art book.
He includes a nice analysis of the funding price points that were the most
successful, and even a few observations on setting the right length of the
fund-raising campaign. I also enjoyed reading it for the descriptions of the
