Hi! At CO+HOOTS we have regular hours of 10-7. We've only just opened earlier this month and have found that there has been a lot of questions about opening in the evenings. These are the people that work full-time but want to do something more collaborative after the daily grind is done.
Ask your community what they want for hours. CO+HOOTS is open 10-7, but I can say we get a lot more busy in the afternoons. We're going to start doing one-day-a-week night shifts by a full member who wants to manage that. Also, on the table situation, we are setup with large "drop-in" pods that seat 4 and a few individual desks for full-time members. I think we will play with making an even larger pod. People do gravitate towards that group table. Even mixing up the arrangement every once and a while has gotten a good response. Hope that helps!
