Fellow comrades, After three years of growth, innovation, trailblazing and promotion in the State of Texas, The Creative Space has expanded to just over 2500 square feet. We're in the middle of building out the space, but it looks like it's going to take quite a bit more money than we originally expected. If it were just a thousand or so, I'd just have a bake sale and everything would be fine, however the target is around $5,000.
We are lucky enough to have a Kickstarter<http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/70463831/support-a-coworking-space-in-bryan-tx>campaign going and I was reaching out to the group as a whole to see if any of you knew some companies would be interested in supporting the oldest coworking office in Texas. As I'm sure most coworking spaces aren't operating on super-profitable revenues, I don't want this to be a plea for help from space owners around the country. I'm writing the community in hopes to have some corporate sponsors chip in and make this thing possible. We finally have enough to be able to host large events (50+ people). If any of you have any experience with this sorta thing, I'd love to hear how you'd go about raising the $5000 through Kickstarter to ensure the future of The Creative Space. -- Cody Marx Bailey 979-574-9199 The Creative Space (.org) Desired Hearts (.com) Rock The Republic (.com) Hashtags (.org) 423 S.
