Hello, Happy to have found this group! I am working to found a hybrid co- working space with working artist studios here in Cleveland Ohio. The Olfactory Project, as we are calling it, is currently engaged in outreach locally as we develop the idea with a wide range of people & organizations; - Artists & Arts based businesses - Creative professionals and small businesses - Business Incubators - Space Owners and Developers - Non-profit, Government, and Development Corporations
Although we are at the early stages of development, there has been a good deal of momentum building for the concept. We are therefore scrambling to get our arms around a great deal of issues: everything from what a net-net-net lease is, to what services people want from a co-working space.
