Go Upstate! The good thing about towns like Schenectady, is that there is a lot of real estate that would love to have any kind of foot traffic. I would think that you could negotiate some very reasonable deals on rent. The harder part is figuring when your clients live, and how far they are willing to go to use your co-working space. -A
