We are Art Department in the heart of Portland's Distillery Row (1315 se 9th avenue).
Are you a designer, artist, inventor, product developer, maker of well- designed things, or otherwise creative? Art Department has 4 desks in our warehouse shared workspace to fill. We are looking for people who produce high quality work, would like access to wood and metal shop equipment, like collaborating on projects, can handle politically incorrect banter as well as present themselves professionally when required. If you like to teach classes that is an added bonus as we have a 1000 square foot gallery space where classes of all kinds can be taught. We are a unique shared work space and event space, with lots of cool things going on.
