Conjunctured is in a small, one story house but the flow seems to work. They filled up pretty fast because of the physical size. I haven't been to CoHabitat in Dallas but I know they have a two story house. One potential issue with a house may be physical accessibility for wheelchairs and bathrooms. Cheers!
