My apologies if this subject has been beaten to death, but I was looking for input on what VOIP solutions work best for a coworking sort of environment.
There are several of us who share an office in a datacenter, and while we tend to work independently, we try to keep our costs down as low as possible. We're looking at the obvious (FreePBX, Asterisk, Trixbox, etc) and were wondering if anyone else had any suggestions? (Lots of good stuff on voip-info.org, for those interested) We are toying with the idea of a sort of virtual receptionist who can always take calls. Between, say, 10 to 20 of us, we might share a small pool of receptionists at different times. While we all use Skype and soft phones, we were hoping to roll something that looked a little bit more professional and gave us more options (e.g. conferencing, integrated mail messaging with our voice mail, etc) Any suggestions or tips on what worked for you guys? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Coworking" group.
