Hi! Well this is something else...so simple. Sometimes you work well with people and other times you clash, but I find the way of the future is adapt, implement and apply. So I am a musician/ singer songwriter / producer type while being very right brained, I also like to analyze. I often can see simple solutions when I am removed from them. I have often given great marketing / branding advice to start ups and watched them take off straight to the top. I like to be in a team environment, where a little urging on and encouragement from a group will push me to try new things I wouldn't have thought of. Even if I think my idea is better (this tends to happen in songwriting) you gotta be flexible to let your partner take the reigns and then pull it back all together. Hope this is good for an introduction. I am in the seeking space phase of developing a music / production / independent LAbel, (looking at Silverlake, Downtown LA, Echo Park, Highland park, Eagle Rock) I am a native to LA and am recording / performing with an established LA indy band, Thee International Molecules. As we have been playing great venues this year, we need to develop a press kit for an interested talent buyer / work associate tied into a local live music venue. I have a history of running / promoting events here in the heart of DTLA. The frontman for the band is also a renowned fine artist, and have an iconic mixed media project incorporating storytelling, art and music that will be developed in tandem to the growth of the label. SO that covers lifestyle approach and opening up opportunities as we merge the arts movement, music, events and media.
But one (or even 5) can accomplish this on their own. I'm so very excited to have opportunities to share with many talented people I know, and to do it for a living is a blessing, as it is our destiny at this wondrous time and space here on planet earth, the United States of America, city of Los Skandalus! (can't forget the human condition element / animal dichotomy, journey of the hero, etc etc etc in a depressed economy...nearly all culture is formed rising out of oppression) I hope this is a good introduction!
