Hello all, We just introduced our initiative last week and we will love to hear about any coworking initiative around which has been successfully based on a public-private partnership. After doing our research we think that's the best way to start the project in our hometown: cheap long lease of an existing public building to be managed by a non for profit foundation; rents would fund further maintenance and further improvement of the facility along with a cultural program. Any suggestions or known references? Thanks a lot! Javi
