Hi Paulie,

In my oppinion the fist of all si make a community and comunicate its
existence. Because when some people join their skills ever is a
interesting notice in the city or in the market sector.

A good 2nd step is find some other people who will join this community
(internet plattforms, social media, virtual portoflio showing your
shared ideas...). In our case we put some efforts finding some shared
proyects and costumers for offer them to our partners, is possible you
leave some money go to others professionals but it's a little
sacrifice for get coworkers on the future.

When the community it's created si easier get others on board and
share the costs of the professional activity.

Regards.
