We actually quite encourage teams to come in. The openness of coworking forces teams to engage with neighbors. For example, one of the employees of a team might like the professional benefits of working for a small team, but not the limited social benefits. I've seen many instances where that one employee would then have lunch and drinks with others in the space, outside of his/her small team company.
