Hello All,

I made my formal introduction this summer before making a trip to Europe. My
wife and I are extremely grateful to Locus Workspace (Prague), Hub Vienna
(Vienna) and The Cube (London) for allowing us to visit your spaces
and glean valuable information from your experiences.

That said, we are opening a coworking space in Wasilla, Alaska. We have
secured financial assistance from a couple of investors and just today
signed a lease agreement with the city for a 2,000ft space in an iconic
building in the center of town. If everything goes according to plan we
should be open for business the first week of February! The Working Place
will have a 550 sq. ft. conference room with flexible seating arrangements,
A/V and video conferencing equipment, desks for 14 coworkers and a
receptionist.

Since the City of Wasilla owns the space, I will be working to get some
Economic Development funding in the form of lease forgiveness in the coming
months and would appreciate and advice you may have. They were willing to
split the bill for the card key access system because a chunk of the costs
was to update the entry door to their building. So, they are showing some
willingness to play ball with us.

Anyway, check us out on Facebook, and our website (www.theworkingplace.org)
will be up-and-running soon!

Thanks!

Jesse L. Jones
