I'm very much looking forward to DurangoSpace. I'm newly here in Durango, telecommuting to the company HQ in Scottsdale. I know I will need to get out of the home-office (aka extra bedroom) and have been looking for a place to meet with other, well, nerds for geek-talk and potential collaboration for my "outside of the day-job" ventures.
In the Phoenix metro area is Gangplank, a rather vibrant co-working and event space: http://gangplankhq.com/ Though Gangplank was too far for me to go to with any regularity while I lived in Scottsdale, its spirit (and just the idea of it) is something I'm looking for here.
