Ty: Jasper here, from Durango, CO. We are opening DurangoSpace in early January 2011. Since you have been coworking in a number of locations, what are the top 5 or 10 learnings you've experienced. I've been in consulting for 20 years, run a business incubator www.sjc-enterprisecenter.com for 11 years and have a home and virtual office, but still learning about coworking. Your insight would be appreciated.
