I would slightly agree.  We have that Polycom phone as well (3 mentions in one 
day from our group!  Polycom, like that free advertising?) but it does get used 
regularly.  Not everyday, but enough that I wouldn't NOT have it.  In addition, 
we just got a great video collaboration tool from Steelcase and Tangram 
Interiors today to demo for a few weeks.  Check it out:

Several people can all quickly connect their laptops and share their screens, 
or takeover another person's screen.  Connect the whole table to a good 
internet feed and have video conferencing AND video collaboration.
