Just curious, is there currently a relatively open way to connect those
with capital who are open to funding coworking ventures?
Some of the "tried and true" commercial ventures (apartment complexes,
storage units, etc) are taken, and it seems that more building owners
and investors I talk to are open to either trying something new or
possibly even floating a venture with the hopes of better returns than
what they are seeing.
