the coworking business side is a much discussed topic... personally I
don't think coworking can sustain space expenses + pay a salaty, that
is why the network project we at *cowo* are trying to introduce
involves places with an ongoing activity already established.

nevertheless, I hope you find your own way (and eventually let us know
about it!)
