This was a response I got awhile back when I posted a question about workshare
spaces in Omaha... have you tried this one? Sheila

EncompassC3, Inc. which is right here in Omaha harnesses this concept already.
We have 4000 square feet that has 3 conference rooms, 3 offices and a casual
open space that provides the business person opportunities to meet with clients
in a private environment. The space can be rented by the hour, half day, day or
even monthly. Our Virtual Office packages allow the business owner to utilize
the space while obtaining a business address and phone line to accomplish
professional needs with occasional use.
Please contact me to learn more if you've identified a need in your business
but didn't know where to find us quite yet. You can reach me at 402-991-2115.

Thanks everyone for the info.  Sorry I'm slow--I thought I had my
settings correctly to send posts via e-mail and thought there were no
replies.  Oops I didn't (but I've fixed it.)

My personal needs are a place where I can stop in for an hour or two
to jump on e-mail, complete paperwork, make some calls to clients,
etc.  I'm aware of CAMP but it's a 30 minute drive from where I need
it.  I also know of the Scott Technology Center's place but it's also
probably too far away from where my body needs to be and I'm not
looking for the business incubation angle.  I've also looked into
executive suites but they are way too expensive for me.  They aren't
unfairly priced, they just provide a different type/level of service
from what I need.

I'm sitting in the Scooter's Coffeehouse at 120th & Blondo as I type
this and it's more or less the environment I envision with a few
tweaks:

1.  No baristas and no need to buy coffee or food to legitimize my
presence
2.  More overall space
3.  Less focus on couches and stuffed chairs and more on tables,
chairs and desks
5.  Business features like a fax/copy/print machine, mail and package
receiving, etc.
6.  Quieter background music (or none at all)

Feedback is welcome and appreciated.  Thanks!
