I'm with Max. I work in copywriting and the branding is very important
to comunicate all of the values of your place. But I know is very
difficult.

If you don't wanna follow the "rational" way to name a place with
obvious parts of words you can try to give some emotional meaning to
the name. Try playing with a paper and pen with some good meaning
concepts. Off the top of my head I can suggest you concepts like:
"Cicero" (because you will guide the new business to growth) or
something similar to "Reins" (you direct & drive the newbies in their
business and in Texas there are so much horses :-)

It's a complicated process but play play and play (or launch a naming
contest in your blog)
