I wondered about that. Do they actually work in the space? I have one open space and one smaller space which can be closed, and the person I met with was saying that there was no way in hell that an artist was going to work in an open floor plan.
So it's more like "Entrepreneurship for Artists" on the one side and you provide space for shows on the other? And thanks! I just have this feeling it's doable but had nothing to point to in terms of a model.
