I disagree. They use the space on a daily/full-time basis, and don't continue to buy cup after cup of coffee to pay for their usage. Coffee users are also short term users, measured in hours, not days or months. Besides, at BLANKSPACES, we have 6- and 12 month contracts that need to ensure they pay each month...
