Hey all, I found this google groups through the coworking wiki and after reading quite a few articles on coworking. I am a freelance web developer / designer living in Surabaya, Indonesia and I am thinking of creating a coworking space in my town. I have been working almost a year on my own and am starting to long for the sense of coworking in an office where I can trade and bounce off ideas. I stumbled into the idea of collaborative consumption first then into coworking and thought it would be great to have a kind of environment like that. I worked at a software development company before in Bali who had a great office dynamics without the office politics and that's the thing I'm looking for... to have great discussions and grow together. I now work at my #coffice at a nearby starbucks and have met some interesting people but I have yet to tell them about starting this coworking environment.
