Hi,

After 10 days, here are some thoughts, feedback, findings to the question
"What is the next level of coworking?"

- for business model innovation, I am currently reading:
http://www.businessmodelhub.com/page/business-model-generation - a book that
has been co-created by 470 people in 45 countries

- A coworking franchise from the Netherlands that has disrupted the current
coworking tarif model (free working seats and free lunch, pay for meeting
and event space): http://www.seats2meet.com/

- Some experience from the Berlin coworking scene and the Hub world: how to
run a business using coworking and collaboration at the same time with your
"competitors" (which is the old way of working but still present in our
thinking since we were educated that way)?

- How do we move from coworking to colearning spaces?

- The Unperfekthaus <http://www.unperfekthaus.de/> in Essen (Germany) is
currently moving into a new member segment: how to involve and to
collaborate with senior citizens in coworking spaces ? (highly relevant for
the German society due to the demographic developments)

- There are hybrid models of coworking spaces combined with cafés and shops
(e.g. The Hub Shop in Rotterdam <http://shop.rotterdam.the-hub.net/public/>).
What other hybrids are out there?

Best,
Frauke
