Hey everyone! I am the latest in what seems to be the unending stream of posts about new spaces in development. I see this as a good thing :) I hope we can be a space that is a strong entry into the successful category!
We have been developing our vision for our space over the last 3 months and have now just begun our market research and community development phase. Currently, we have very little traction on this, but we are encouraged by an overall positive response from people we speak to about the idea in our part of town. Our vision is to develop a coworking space in the northwest side of Houston because there is nothing like it in that area. There is ample amounts of folks that are creative, artistic, and independent in this area, but are often masked by the suburban nature of the area. It is just so inexpensive to live up there, that many do and then make the terrible trip into town down Highway 290 during traffic times. We want to help people rescue their time and also provide a space for people to creative and collaborate.
