It's very easy. When you put some hashtag and other people do the same, when you click on the hashtag or search on the twitter search, will appear all the phrases where people use that hashtag. With the #CoworkingTalk hahstag we talk about coworking and put that on the end only to separate #Coworking and #CoworkingTalk.
