Liz took Carsten and I to a sweet little local restaurant in Austin
called Galaxy(thanks, Liz!) and they had the most spectacular values
poster that you could look at while you waited to order your food.
Here are the first lines of it:

If you opened your own restaurant wouldn't you...
Open it in your hometown in your own neighborhood
Serve breakfast til 4pm on weekends
Always choose quality over price
and on and on

I propose a similar format for coworking

If you created your ideal workplace/community wouldn't you...

Open it in your favorite neighborhood
Fill it with happy, bright, creative people
Make it comfortable
Encourage people to collaborate, socialize and be productive
Be kind and helpful to one another
Have fun
Enjoy going there
Manifest true balance in your life

Thoughts?
