Hi there all!

I've been working from home for the past 6 months on so and have found
it incredibly difficult. It's not the lack of motivation as
such...more the lack of social activity and inability to have a nice
chat at work. To be honest I'm finding it a bit lonely.

I'm based in Manchester UK as after a fair bit if research I've only
really come up with two Co-Working officers who offer desks on a short
term and long term basis. Both of which were full/not quite what I was
looking for/based in the city centre with higher rates than I would
like.

I'm thinking quite seriously about starting up my own Co-Working
offices. Somewhere where freelancers or Work From Homers can come from
a day a week to 7 days a week and work with like minded people with
flexibility and at a decent rate.

Does anyone have any insight, info or general views on this at all?

Cheers!

Anahavana
