Hi,Heba, Many of the folks here will not have an answer to your question because business formation in the US (and in many European countries) no longer requires that a company define its business activity. Folks who incorporate and also issue stock will usually have a paragraph in their documents somewhere which describes what they do, but for many folks with small businesses this is not necessary. Mine reads something like:
The principal corporate purpose will be in the United States, purchase and maintenance of rental real estate and consulting services to be offered in the United States; in the Netherlands, provision of services related to the development and cultivation of local community through maintenance of coworking space.
