Dear Coworking managers, We are looking into making a stand alone application to manage the Betagroup Coworking Brussels <http://coworking.betagroup.be>, trying to get away from Excel hell.
The basic premises are that it must be *opensource and self-hosted*, with all frontend (website, members space, etc.) and backend (billing, communications, etc.) management done in the same app and automatising as many tasks as possible (e.g.: monthly billing.) Right now we are looking at how to work with either Drupal<http://drupal.org/>, Wordpress <http://wordpress.org> or Nadine<http://wiki.coworking.info/w/page/31359618/NadineProject>(a project specific to coworking spaces, which would need to work with one of the previous mentioned programs for the frontend part).
