Harold- Great to see coworking take shape in Panama! I lived and worked there between 2004 and 2008 and loved it. You really have a great location and it is going to drive your access policies.
Our fledgling space in Allentown, PA is in a multi-tenant industrial building that houses a business incubator. As such, the building already has security systems in place that allow incubation clients to come and go at their convenience. We created two membership levels that offer different levels of access. Basic members pay a lower rate, but only have office hours access. Members that lease desk space have 24/7 access, as an incubation client would. You could differentiate access, but you would still need to work out someone to open in the morning and someone to close up shop at night. Very interested to see how this progresses!
