Hello all,

This is Dave from FounderyTO in Toronto. Over the last month I have
been reading the posts every morning with eagerness. I thank everyone
who has contributed to this group because it has been a great way to
get the info I need. Being a newbie to Co-working when I began to
manage the Foundery Space in April I had no idea what Co-working even
was. Over the past month I have become completely immersed in the
field. I have made a functional blog, began advertising on various
classified sites and plan to have a get together to spread the word
about Foundery and the benefits of Co-working. The problem I am
encountering with prospective members is their desire to have private
fixed seating. This option is not available at Foundery due to the
nature of the space. My question to everyone is it necessary to have
fixed seating to be sustainable? Is their anybody running a open
concept model like we are? If so, do you have any ways of marketing it
effectively? I have a million more questions but I will keep it to
these few for now. Once again thanks for sharing.

p.s- Special Thanks to Matt from www.co-work.co for coming by are
space unannounced to share his expertise with us. We have already
implemented many of your suggestions and it appears to be working.
