We were able to create our own printer software that allows members to
make an account and print from any of our printers depending if its
color or black and white. Each members plan dictates how many pages that
come included and we upload it every time they ask for more pages. We
invoice them the amount due with their monthly payments. Also we are
going to phase this method of payment out soon and just put a pay pal
account onto the printer software so that members can go and add the
amount of pages and pay for it at once without having to wait for us to
upload more funds. I love it because it makes members more independent
and all we do is make sure there is enough ink and paper. We charge the
same standard rate as Kinko's for printing.
*We had the software created by our IT which made it super awesome and
personalized.
