This co-housing project is very interesting, Alex. I would add a thought about the economic perspective of such an approach :
In Europe, like in the US, real estate prices have risen tremendously during the last decade an more. Besides, the number of divorces and separations is constantly growing from the 70's onward. The result is a huge poverty rate increase within the population of single mothers with kids who are barely able to pay their rent. I think Co-housing is a proposition one could consider and/or develop in order to address this very sensitive modern issue.
