We're not particularly analytics driven so keeping attendance isn't a massive priority compared to culture and morale. But this was a good prompt to look and ask some questions.
I started digging into some of our data, knowing that we've only really had quality attendance recordkeeping for this year, since our current office manager took over that role in November/December. The previous office manager did an excellent job at a lot of things, and is one of our shining stories of how Indy Hall has enabled people to find and follow their passions - As you'll see, record keeping just wasn't one of the passions he found or followed. :) Here is a chart to illustrate the difference. Mind you, our membership headcount shows steadiness and growth through this entire rollercoaster, this is only recorded daily attendance, summed month-by-month.
