The only reservations we do is for the conference room which is a
shared google calendar that any member can use to view and reserve the
room. We don't do reservations for desks and have never needed to. We
have ~13 work stations for 45 members and it has never been an issue.
Anyway, no need to overkill with tools if you don't need them.
