We have all these amenities at Cohere and have never had any issues
with people sleeping over. You'd have to be pretty desperate to want
to sleep on *that* IKEA couch. It's like a scoliosis machine. I doubt
you'll have any issues unless there's a housing shortage crisis in
your community.
