We're still pretty new but our current pain points, and I guess they fall into both points right now are:
Getting members. I suppose that'll be a battle for a while until more and more word of mouth, etc takes place. Getting the space "finished" Whether it's that final coat of paint, or light fixture etc. We hit a point where it was good enough and now are pushing that last mile to get it 'done' or at least as done as it needs to be to put away the bulk of the supplies.
