Hello All, I've begun investigating the feasibility of starting a new Coworking business of my own. The future of work, collaboration, etc. and issues of the like have been an interest of mine for a long time. >From a business perspective, I've been putting numbers together and I'm very concerned about them working out. I know many other coworking sites in my community, and a few are very successful, some are not and don't last long. I'm interested in starting one with a unique specialization that has not yet been done in my city. Does anyone have any advice about getting started? What are the most important things I do first (before even getting space) to ensure a successful launch? If many in my area of specialization already have office space, how do I attract them to want to work with others? Can you mix people who are in the same creative business that are ultimately competitors? Thanks Adrienne
