We called ours Focus Groups and the person who needed help or focus
would provide donuts or pizza depending on the time of day. We spend
30min-1 hour discussing.
Examples: helped a University Remote Worker develop a plan to pitch
using Facebook to his coworkers to distribute their research
Helped a developer fine tune his time tracking software he was
developing

We do these as needed not on a schedule.
