We called ours Focus Groups and the person who needed help or focus would provide donuts or pizza depending on the time of day. We spend 30min-1 hour discussing. Examples: helped a University Remote Worker develop a plan to pitch using Facebook to his coworkers to distribute their research Helped a developer fine tune his time tracking software he was developing
We do these as needed not on a schedule.
