Hi everyone, I'm considering starting a coworking space. I love the idea of
student memberships. How does that affect your business model?

In my research, it seems difficult enough to breakeven just from selling shared
space at the 'full price'.

At the discounted rate, are you concerned at all about seats being "taken away"?

Thanks!
Bruce
