Liam: 1. I wouldn't have started in the middle of this dang recession :-)
2. Know your audience. In Tracy, CA we are older and we still love our "walls". Once I moved back to my original space....I saw an immediate uptick of people who toured the space then actually renting. The other thing is hang in as long as you can, when all looks bleak be stubborn and hang in just a bit longer (if you can). A former member showed me an interesting hockey stick chart. He showed me that most people leave before the stick goes up...I was determined to stay past that point...I may have succeeded, we will see.
