We have opted for a combination of an - Acceptable Use Policy, simple list of bullet points covering concepts like 'don't abuse the printer' and 'everyone has the right to quite enjoyment, so use your headphones' etc and a - Membership Terms and Conditions, which is legally worded and covers topics such as liability limitations and payment dates etc Keeping in mind that we're opening in April and that the above really is a draft right now, but I think the two documents together should work well.
