I've been running a shared workspace outside of DC (using MindBody for scheduling/billing and QB for bookkeeping) but we are now on the cusp of opening a space that is 5 times the size (17k sq/ft) of our current location and offers a much more broad array of workspace/office hoteling/ meeting room options. It is clear to me that our current MindBody-QB combo. is not the solution.
I need serious help figuring out best practices (cloud based preferably) for the Room/Workstation Reservation to Invoicing to Payment to Bookeeping workflow. Any suggestions? What software do you use and what is working best for you? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
