The official word is yes, you need permission for anyone whose face and every 
artwork you can see.  Also, any voices that you can hear.  It doesn't matter if 
these people/artwork are professional actors/artists or whatever.

HOWEVER, if you're vids are not being used in a commercial, $-generating way, 
then the need to gain permission isn't as critical; otherwise, YouTube would 
have their hands full for every casual vid they broadcast.
