Sorry I can't speak to your specific questions, but i'm also in SF and I'd
be interested to hear more about what your proposing. I'd like to find
somewhere to cowork in SF that doesn't require heading downtown. For me,
the best part about working from home means I don't have to commute with
the hordes, and it's something i don't want to give up. Not sure that jibes
with what your intending, but I thought I'd reach out. I bet the leases are
cheaper in Western Addition :)

In any event, good luck and keep us posted. I'm happy to support good ideas
where I can.
