Hello Everyone, I wanted to announce some exciting things we've been working on here in Chicago related to coworking.
A couple weeks ago at GCUC Desktime announced our space management software for coworking spaces. We've spent the last 3 months working on what we believe is the best solution for very small to very large spaces to help handle the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with running a shared space. The software we'll be releasing soon will help manage inquiries, applications, booking, billing and communication; making it painless to keep track of leads, bill people monthly, accept credit cards, reach out to old members and a whole bunch more. Best yet, the software will be white-labeled so you can have your own branded version of Desktime for your space that supports unique brand/ Our first customer, 1871, a 50,000 sq ft coworking space opening here in Chicago is going online with Desktime's software this week, and we expect to have a few other spaces up and running in the weeks to follow. We've built this software because, at the end of the day, we couldn't find an elegant solution to help us manage our own coworking space, The Coop. Speaking of The Coop, I'm thrilled to also let y'all know that we're expanding to an additional floor at our current location and adding 20 more desks, 2 private offices and private video conferencing/phone booths for our members! We've recently rolled out international support and now have over 250 fantastic spaces from over 20 countries listed. We've received thoughtful and positive feedback on the directory from our current users and are happy to say that we are connecting spaces with new users every day! Alright, that's it.
