LOL! Thanks CJay. My husband did a double take when he saw the picture with his name next to it. I can only imagine the look on his face if my name were first. haha!
The spot we've been watching for almost two years is ready to move in. However, our vision for the coworking space is already growing and we're wondering if we need to check out larger spaces. There's only 900 sq ft of available additional space. We want to eventually add a start-up hub and The OC Junior for our youth entrepreneurship program. Someone else mentioned child care at their center. That's an idea but more like the service provided at a fitness center. I wouldn't want a full-service child care facility. The current space plus the 900 sf would run us $4,750/month at the current rate for 3,800 sf. There's another space nearby that's 13,480 sf that would be $5,500/month. It seems like a no-brainer but we have to consider the location. The space I LOVE is in a much better location. We may go take a look at the larger space to see if it's worth considering. As far as the website, I got "inspiration" from others. But, I will keep working on it until it's an original. ;-) I guess I should work on the Community Members page. It's not in the menu so I actually forgot about it. LOL! Also, we were actually "scheduling a meeting" to work on our sponsor package tomorrow when I saw your message. It's only 11:00 pm so I wouldn't be surprised if it were done by 3:00 AM. That's tomorrow, right? Thanks again! Congratulations on your upcoming opening.
