One of my library ideas was to have it be a Netflix model where people could have one or two out at a time. I also want to accept donations (curated, not just a big dump of everyone's bookshelves) for discounts on membership, and affix bookplates so that browsing members could actually look up the person who donated if they wanted to have a discussion or ask questions about the book.
